What documents do I need to apply as an international student?
Applying is simple, even if you do not have a U.S. Social Security Number (SSN) or established U.S. credit history. To secure your apartment at The Henry, you will just need to provide a few standard items during the online application process. With a valid proof of university enrollment, you can qualify with our third-party guarantor, Homebody Guaranty. Once these items are uploaded and reviewed, our team will guide you through the final steps to sign your lease.
